By accessing or using Oynx Auto Graphix services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Oynx Auto Graphix provides custom vehicle graphic design services, including physical car magnets and digital print-ready design files. Printing services are only included where explicitly stated.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving designs before production or file delivery. Once approved, changes may require additional fees.
All projects are backed by our 100 percent Satisfaction Guarantee. We work collaboratively to ensure the final design meets expectations before fulfillment.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after final design approval or file delivery.
All designs remain the intellectual property of Oynx Auto Graphix until full payment is received. Upon completion, clients receive rights to use the final approved design for its intended purpose.
Oynx Auto Graphix is not responsible for installation errors, printing issues caused by third parties, or misuse of delivered files.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.
